The minimum contract is one month which is payable after the trial period. You may cancel at anytime via Account settings. Once cancelled your account will become a free tier account.
Yes absolutely. When you signup it is always for the free tier. The free tier has restrictions on the number of reports per month and the generated PDFs will be watermarked with the Touch Reports logo.
We require a credit card for ongoing monthly subscriptions. If you have quite a few users we can arrange payment on Direct Debit
All report data, images, templates are securely stored and are only visible to your organisation.
